Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 42 years, as on the date of application
Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any recognized university.
Physical Standards: Physically and medically fit as per the Indian Army standards

Important Details about Preliminary Written Exam
There will be total 2 papers, which will have 2 parts each.
Time Limit for the exam: 2 hours for both papers – which will be conducted in two sessions. Exam Type: Objective Type – MCQ based
Minimum Qualifying Marks: The candidate has to score a minimum of 40% marks in each part of both papers independently. The additional marks of both papers should be an average score of 50%.
Negative Marking System: For every wrong answer you will be deducted a penalty of 0.33 marks in the First Stage written exam.
